Cultural Democracy in Practise by 64 Million Artists with Arts Council England is a guide shares examples of excellence across the funded sector, highlighting best practice, and contributing to the case for Cultural Democracy and the potential benefits of open decision-making, co-creation, and co-production for arts organisations and their communities. This guide is aimed principally at professionals, boards and staff of arts organisations in the UK and seeks to tackle particular issues within the sector. It offers a set of practical steps that arts organisations might take to move towards a democratic approach to culture.
